Enrolling at our school

As a Catholic School, we have a dual enrolment system:
1. ​  Preference Entry
We have a 'preference' enrolment system which is open for children of families who have an established connection to the Catholic Church. This is generally through Baptism with the criteria being:
  • The child has been baptised or is being prepared for baptism in the Catholic Church.
  • The child's parents/guardians have already allowed one or more of its siblings to be baptised in the Catholic faith.
  • At least one parent/guardian is a Catholic, and although their child has not yet been baptised, the child's participation in the life of the school could lead to the parents having the child baptised.
  • With the agreement of the child's parent/guardian, a significant familial adult such as a grandparent, aunt or uncle who is actively involved in the child’s upbringing undertakes to support the child's formation in the faith and practices of the Catholic Church.
  • One or both of a child's non-Catholic parents/guardians is preparing to become a Catholic.
Our parish priest Fr Vince Jones determines your 'preference' status and will issue a 'Preference Certificate' that you will need to bring to the school office.
​2.   Non-Preference Entry
Our Integration Agreement with the Government allows us to have 10% of our roll as Non-Preference enrolments. Please contact us for further details.
Non-preference families are still expected to uphold and support our school's special Catholic character.
