As a Boards of Trustees in a Catholic Integrated school, our board is larger because we have both elected and appointed members. Appointed members are appointed by the Proprietor (The Bishop of Hamilton) and are called Proprietor's appointees (Prop's Rep). Our current Board Members are as below:

The Board's role is to govern the school. There are two key documents that our Board of Trustees (BOT) uses to assist then to govern our school
  1. In the area of Catholic Special Character. The NZ Catholic Education Office has produced a Handbook for Boards of Trustees of NZ Catholic State-Integrated Schools. This is available online here
  2. The National Education and Learning Priorities (NELP).  You can get a complete description of NELP here   The NELP are as follows :
